![]() They will not support you going to school. If you do land a management position you are required to work a minimum of 60 hours a week. You're basically just a number to them, and no matter how well you do it's never enough. They promote from within, but only based on your sales numbers. Commission is 0.25%, yes, you read that right: one quarter of a percent. Achieving the sales goal was very difficult, especially because I received almost no training at any of the stores I worked for. I had to beg for hours from other stores. If you don't reach the expected sales goals they cut your hours down to 4 per week. ![]() Making them happy is what makes me feel like I'm doing a great job despite all the hurtles. The most enjoyable part of my job is the relationships I build with my clients. The hardest part of my job is that I am doing multiple jobs, office manager, and assistant manager.
